Potential Winners will be selected and announced on the DC50 Website each day during January 2010, beginning on January 1, 2010 and ending on January 31, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Each day during the Sweepstakes Period, one entrant will be selected at random from among all entries received to date (each a "Daily Qualifier," for a total of 31 Qualifiers during the Sweepstakes Period). Each Daily Qualifier's name will be posted on the DC50 Website (at DC50tv.com) by 12pm (noon)on the day it is selected. The Qualifier's name will remain on the DC50 Website for up to 50 hours during which that Daily Qualifier must call 202-298-7642 to claim his/her prize. If a Daily Qualifier timely claims his/her prize, he/she will be declared a winner (subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these rules), and will receive that day's Daily Prize (as announced by DC50 and listed on the DC50 Website). If a winner is younger than 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian to claim the prize and that guardian must supply their legal ID, Driver's License, Passport.
Up to thirty One (31) Winners will each receive cash or a check in the amount designated as the Daily Prize for that day. Prize amounts are $2.10 (cash prize), $20.10 (cash prize), $210 (check) or $2,010 (check), as indicated in the prize schedule below. Winners must come to the WDCW studios to pick up their prize and must present a valid US Passport, drivers' license or other state-issued identification card. Winners may be required to complete a W-2 form and a prize claim form. Winners claiming prizes under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. Only one prize will be awarded per household. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value.
