Each of the Five (5) winning entries will receive an autographed copy of “Permission Slips” (ARV: $24.99) to be picked-up at WDCW 2121 Wisconsin Ave., NW Washington, DC 20007. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not redeemable for cash. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Sweepstakes winners must claim and redeem their prizes by March 1, 2010 at WDCW. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and no alternate prizes will be awarded. Only one prize will be awarded per person and per household. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize.
