Britney, Britney, Britney! Britney was spotted in Calabasas Target on one Tuesday. She was spotted earlier in the day wearing a the black strappy dress pictured below and once she hit Target, she came out in a different nude strapless dress. Hmm, what happened? Did she not feel sexy enough, or was it just a stunt for the pap's? She's not so understandable.
