Sonoma is another Capitol Hill favorite. It's a cool restaurant on the lower level and a very chic lounge on the second floor. The wine list is expansive, the atmosphere, very modern and clean. It's a great place to have a cocktail date. The crowd is preppy but attractive! Enjoy
